There are two ways we can work together to bring your vision to life:
- The Catalog Expansion Program: For designs we believe in and approve, extending our product catalog with new, desirable designs.
- The Full Custom “Once-Off” Build: For your unique vision, built solely for you.
This program exists because it’s a win-win for everyone. It helps us extend our product catalog with new, desirable designs, helps you earn from your creation, and helps us control our R&D costs. By keeping these costs down, we can maintain affordable prices for all consumers and for the developers building these homes to resell.
The Catalog Expansion Program: Get Paid for Your Design
This is the challenge we are proposing to help you pay for your next home. The beauty of building your next custom home with us is this: if you have a design you want to convert to modular and you can cover the initial design conversion costs, we are going to invest in you. We will build the modular version of your design, and then you will have the model home.
On this path, you might have a design for a custom model home for yourself. But you also have the resources and the vision to see its potential. Perhaps you have five or ten acres and want to build one or two more homes to start a community based on your design, using our technology. If you have the resources to do this, you can contact us. We can help you, as long as you have the capacity to order your own design and believe in its potential.
Furthermore, you can actively market your own design. You can act as a real estate agent in your own spare time and use your already-built model home for viewings and tours. When other potential customers are interested in purchasing your home design, they can order directly through us, and you will earn direct commissions from those sales.
This way, you don’t only get to spread your architectural vision across the world and build generational wealth, but you can also inspire others and grow your own real estate business at your own pace.
Why would you want to do this?
The main reason is the enormous price savings. By converting a traditional design to our volumetric modular steel frame system, you will save a least 50% compared to what it would cost to build conventionally in the current market. This is not only a huge, huge saving and a big difference, but it will also save you much-needed time and headaches by eliminating the need to deal with multiple contractors to build and furnish your home.
Furthermore, we can negotiate a back-end deal for you that essentially covers the development costs to create the design. In turn, we can then manufacture it for you and others in our factories and ship the completed modules directly to your site, ready for rapid assembly.
How do you earn from it?
Let’s break the numbers down. You could pick a high-end, “hot” enough design that others would want. For example, if your design is popular and five people decide to build it in one year, you could earn a significant commission on each one—let’s say a kickback of $20,000 per home. That’s $100,000 in a single year.
And remember, you are already living in the actual model home! You can build a blog or website about your home, or we can help schedule appointments for serious buyers to visit your home and see the design in person.
Over a longer period, the potential is immense:
- Over 5 years: If you sold 5 homes a year, that’s $500,000 in commissions.
- Over 10 years: That would be $1,000,000 in commissions.
In this scenario, the commissions could help you pay for a large portion of your own home’s loan, or even the entire build. At the very least, you get a chance to get paid for your creation, which is totally unique.

The Full Custom “Once-Off” Build
On the other hand, if a person wants to do a “once-off” build and has no interest in the catalog program, we can also facilitate that. If you have a super complex design that is just for you, as long as you have the resources to pay for it, there is no problem. We can help you build that.
You will still save significantly compared to conventional methods. This is the whole purpose of what we’re showing people: using technology to get a different outcome. We build differently to achieve better results, while saving you both time and money. This is what engineering is for—to create smarter, more efficient solutions.
A Limited, Boutique Opportunity
This is not a mass-market program. We need to be clear: there will be a limit on the number of these custom projects we can take on each year. It’s unrealistic to think we can handle 100 projects per year; it requires significant capital and focus. Oftentimes, it will require certain adjustments in our manufacturing process and factory tools.
Therefore, this will operate as a limited, boutique program. We are looking for the right partners with the right vision and resources.
